Baking a cake!

Hello everybody!

The weather today is so horrible that I don't even want to look out the windows. It is raining all day long, and it was also at night and it just drives me crazy. It is terribly cold and you just don't want to go out.
For this reason I am drinking hot mugs of tea all the time and baked myself a cake. If you are interested in how to bake it, keep reading!

Here we have all the ingredients:

-1 cup of sugar
-1 cup of flour
-1 cup of sour cream
-1 cup of cocoa powder
-1 cup of hazelnuts
-1 pack of baking powder
-1 pack of Vanilla sugar
-1/8 l of oil
-3 eggs


Step 1: Put the eggs and sugar into a bowl, mix them together until you get a nice textured liquid.


Step 2: Add all the other ingredients and mix them all the time in order to make a nice cake dough.
You can also add a bit more sugar or a bit less of the cocoa powder, as my cake turned out to be a bit bitter.




Then put the dough into a cake mould and then into the oven (180°) and bake it for 40-45 minutes.


Let it cool down a bit and then you can finally eat ALL of it! :)

Christmas Wishlist In October?!

When I was a child I used to write my wishlists for Christmas already in October. I have no idea why, but I thought it was a good thing to write down all my dream gifts as early as possible, as by Christmas I'd already forget all of them and I would remember them again when it was already too late. Ziaja Body Lotion Review

Hi again! A few weeks ago I already posted a photo on my Instagram ( which is here ), where I showed the 4 Ziaja body lotions I got to try and when I saw their generous packaging my first thought was: When will I use these all? But I was very happy about that because I got to find out which one is my favourite and which one I like using more on certain days etc. Thanks to the big choice I can also stay away from buying even more body lotions, which is great!
